On July 6, 2015 the City Council approved an exception request (City File #15EX064) to waive the requirement to construct a portion of Golden Eagle Drive as it abuts proposed Lot 1 (formerly Tract 1) of Copper Ridge Subdivision with the stipulation that the applicant enter into a Developer’s Agreement which allows deferment of construction of Golden Eagle Drive until such time as street improvements are required to serve development or final phase of site development is completed (No. PW060915-19). The Developer’s Agreement identifies terms and conditions for the future road construction and will be recorded on the property. This request is associated with a Preliminary Subdivision Plan application and Development Engineering Plan application, 15PL032 and 15PL080 respectively. |
